Hiddns sites down?

Anybody else having issues with their Hiddns sites? I know Hik is phasing them out but older ones are supposed to still work. I can't get into any of my customers or my own remotely using Hiddns.

Have you updated there firmware?
If so the older Hiddns has migrated to Hik-Connect.
Create an account and log in you will be able to find your older set up there.
And follow the instructions you will need access to the code on the label of the nvr and its serial number then on your app you will see a little cloud over the picture of the nvr.
Also some times you will have to log out and log back into your account if nothing is showing on the away live view.
Use iVMS not that Hik-Connect app it's slow and horrible to use.

NVR Firmware? I have not upgraded the firmware on the NVR's. I just got my home NVR to work on the Hik-Connect app but still cannot access it through Hiddns.

Agreed on that Hik-Connect app! Wow that is lousy.

So I just updated my home NVR. Still no go on the Hiddns site access. Funny I can access through apps on a phone or Ipad but not a PC.
