High CPU Usage with two new cameras

Hi All

Just added two IPC-HDW5231R-Z Dahua cameras and the usage jumped from around 9% to 50+%.

My thoughts are that i have not configured them the best in BI. Are there any recommendations for changes should make to get it running the best I can.

Has someone exported then config for a basic setup that i could import and then tweak to suit the specific installation

D2D being used on both Dahuas? What FPS? The 9% prior to adding the 2 new cams.... what cameras did you have? What CPU? H.294 or h.295? Does CPU usage drop when console is closed?

The hardware acceleration was not turned on. I was sure I had been there and checked that. Restarted the service and its now down to about 20% give or take. I'l keep working through the guide and see if I can tweak it a little more.

On a similar note, is there a guide on how to get the best performance from the 5231R-Z starlights - both in BI and int he camera itself?
