Youtube compression kills real 4k... and did you mean 2MP high end camera with 1/1.7" which is $700+ or something like DS-2CD6026FHWD? I highly doubt you'll get as much detail in this lightning, but I would be interested in such 2MP camera if it doesn't eat the wallet.
Frankly, this is the best image I've seen from an IP camera in those conditions. If I could get this type of image for under $200 I would replace all my cams in a heartbeat.
