I'm sorry, but take that gorgeous view with that lighting on the building, and even a 2mp camera would look great. The people's faces still looked blurry and is anyone actually watching this video on a 4K screen that they are truly impressed by it?

Youtube compression kills real 4k... and did you mean 2MP high end camera with 1/1.7" which is $700+ or something like DS-2CD6026FHWD? I highly doubt you'll get as much detail in this lightning, but I would be interested in such 2MP camera if it doesn't eat the wallet.

Frankly, this is the best image I've seen from an IP camera in those conditions. If I could get this type of image for under $200 I would replace all my cams in a heartbeat.

As i told You - check Vivotek IB8367 in same light situation.
Sensor size 1/2.8 and small, bullet-like lenses.

Look at leds on left side and further in center of image.
