Good day all.
I am having a problem with my IVMS4200. when I try to go and login on the Hik Connect account on my IVMS 4200
I put in my user name and my password, it the says I must put in a Verification code which it shows me on the screen for example FDR5. I enter it correctly but it keeps saying verification code is incorrect
I have tried everything I can think of with no luck can you please Help?
