I'm attempting to control my HIK PTZ using Hik-Connect and I'm now receiving a Operating Failed Message: Code 380459. I can control the PTZ using the web interface but with the App I receive this error message. Any suggestions on resolving this issue?

CAS - Interaction between APP and device. If you are on android downgrade, or upgrade if you are not on newest version.
Could be due to their Hik-connect backend updating aswell
I'm currently trying to access the PTZ via Apple iOS.
