Hik ipc on wd mycloud

A few days ago I purchased a wd mycloud drive for primary use as a drive for my my hik ipc with the The latest Firmware version .I did all the necessary actions. The camera recognizes the drive and after formatting the space is available but as soon as I exit ,the drive disappears and asks for another format. Is someone has solved the problem?

There is a known constraint on the maximum volume size when using a NetHDD with Hikvision cameras.
The actual ceiling varies with the firmware version, but on early versions was around 200GB.
Does the MyCloud have the facility to apply User Quotas an an SMB/CIFS share?
If so, that would be worth exploring.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the size of space for the user. All 3TB is available to everyone, unfortunately.
Is there another way to deal with the problem or purchase another NAS drive ?
