Is the hikpack softvare not available now?

Hikvision refuses to provide the appropriate digicap.dav file - ML image for Chinese NVR.
I should do an ML firmware for DS-7732N-E4 / 16P NVR. Binwalk can extract the cramfs.img but all files are encrypted.
I need hikpack now, but not found.
Can anyone help me?

There is a copy attached here :

What's the status of the NVR, working with EN/ML menus or bricked with the '15-beep bootloop'?

If the NVR is old enough that the bootpara block is still in plaintext, you could check this out :

My NVR is DS-7732N-E4/16P, so it is a Chinese version, but it sold by a Chinese Company to Europe with hacked ML firmware, because it said Hungarian.
...until my boss click on Update, caused 15 beep with bootloop.

I can send a working Chinese firmware using Serial line console and TFTP tool, the NVR working, but all Chinese, its desktop and Web pages.

I downloaded the EN/ML firmware from Hikvision Portal, changed language using hiktools and load this into the NVR.
It does not work, NVR says "illegal", "call factory", etc...

I'm here now.

I downloaded 7700NI EN/ML firmware file from the Hilvision Europe portal.
The language in its header is 1. NVR detects the language mismatch - it is right.
I change the language from 1 to 2 in the header of multilanguage firmware file. After this, the Chinese NVR accepts the firmware file without error and ask to reboot the NVR.
But on booting I get "invalid, call factory", beeps, bootloop, so NVR does not work again.
Sorry, I do not know exact version, I'm not in the office because of here is evening now ;-)
