HIKVISIO NVR DS-7608NI-SE/P REBOOTING

HI EVERYONE ,

Days Ago noticed that my Hikvision NVR 7608NI-SE/P shutdown and reboot by itself every 15 minutes.
all settings are reset to factory default,
From the log files i didnt find any issue.
firmware ver V2.3.7 build 131112
PS: setup a new hard drive WD Purpule
Has anyone come across such a problem?
do u think i should update the firmware?

From the logs are you seeing Abnormal Shutdown?

I had the same issues, but if you use the latest firmware, it "only" reboots itself once a week...

I returned mine in the end, as it was a pain in the backside, and went for a 7716 instead.
