Hikvision 12 volt DC doorbell chime

I have been looking for a chime to work with my 12 volt dc hikvision doorbell, but as yet I have not found anything. Can anyone help? And information on how to wire as well.

I have similar issue with Hikvision DS-HD1 3MP WiFi doorbell camera. I've tried two chimes, one 3 terminal, the other a 4 terminal. Both chimes ring only when doorbell is pressed, but not when the doorbell button is released. Thus only the "Ding", no "dong". BTW the DS-HD1 is successfully connected to Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2/8P
 
There are not many chimes available in the uk in 12 volt dc. Unsure why hikvision sell this doorbell, but I hace bought it and would like to get it working. But can not see any point in having a doorbell without a chime.
