Just a short note. I just picked up a new HikVision 4ch DVR (no HD) off eBay for $30 with free shipping. This works with BI and the DVR supports RTSP. This means that you can use this DVR as a video encoder with inexpensive analog cameras and import them into BI. This is a very inexpensive way of using analog cameras. This seller has more than 10 of these as well as 8 and 16 channel versions and they should be available for a while. I'm probably getting another one soon for another project this summer. FYI
