Hikvision 7604NI-SE/P Camera isssues

Hi, I have just joined the community, just purchased a 7604Ni-SE/P second-hand, tried connecting the following cameras:-

DS-2CD832F-E Works OK
IPC-T120-D Won't Connect
DS-2CD2T23G0-I8 Won't Connect

The Firmware is V3.0.22 Build 170621

Should these cameras work?​

You've not provided any real info from which to provide relevant suggestions.

Were these reset to 'Inactive' before you tried to connect them?
Presumably to the NVR PoE ports.
What did the NVR show for the 'found list' of cameras after you connected them?

Morning Alistair, thanks for your reply, the DS-2CD2T23G0-I8 was brand new out of the box, I activated it using SADP, the IPC-T120-D was already activated, I can access both cameras when they are plugged into my POE hub using a web browser, when they are plugged into the NVR POE RJ45 I get the following error:-

Network unreachable. check the connection between the NVR and IP Camera.

A suggestion :
Reset one of the cameras to defaults when connected to the PoE switch so it is inactive and connect it to the NVR PoE port.

Hi Alistair

I have purchased a new Hikvision NVR and both cameras work fine, my only conclusion is the firmware doesn’t support these new cameras, can you tell me where I can get the latest firmware for the NVR 7604NI-SE/P
