Hey all,
I am having an issue with choppy video on VCA alarm recording. I keep changing my camera iFrame settings to match my 20 fps but once I save and log out, the settings seem to go back within a few hours or when I mess around in the NVR.
I just tried creating operator accounts within my cameras and changing the info in the NVR but now the NVR is not getting the VCA trigger from the cams, and thus not recording. I had everything selected as a permission except parameter settings.
Does anyone know how to keep the iFrame from changing spontaneously?
Thanks for all you guys do!
