Hello, I am facing issue with my Hikvision system containing NVR DS-7616NI-E2/A, 13 cams and iVMS-4500 on mobile phones. When I playrecordings (motion detection) from iVMS-4200, it plays few recordings with no problem - play recording and jumps to the next one. But, after a while, it plays recording, but at the end in ends-up with "abnormal remote playback". When I hit arrows in the middle of the screen, playback starts again and continues with next recording. Where it repeats.. It seems it has more what to do with playback, as it raises error not in same time/recording. Does anybody know, what happened and how to fix it?
NVR has the latest FW available - 3.4.103, already 2 years, no new FW available.
I have latest iVMS from Google play store, my wife older version.
I did no changes with settings for maybe a year.
I checked HDD SMART info, says "OK" in all rows.
I have no idea... The only thing I changed in my LAN was replacing one AP and few months ago I set VLANs in whole network, but at that time I thing it worked fine (after setting VLANs). Everything in my LAN is working fine, no troubles.
