G'day all, I have recently Inherited a site which is a service station and it has 20 HikVision cameras, 3 of which are iDS-2CD7A46G0/P-IZHSY cameras specifically for ANPR of their fuel bowsers. I have the cameras working so their built in plate recognition is working and they are dumping pictures to a FTP server, but have no idea of how to get the plate info out of the cameras in any way that is useful so it can go into a database or anything else. The cameras are talking to BlueIris now and sending standard ONVIF info, but nothing that seems to have the plate info encoded. I'm hoping not to have to use CodeProject AI as the BI PC is running pretty hard currently and the cameras are already doing Plate Recognition at about 90% accuracy.
Do I need to use some HikVision software to make these cameras useful. I have tried iVMS-4200, but am not that familiar with it and couldn't see anything useful in there.
Any thoughts and ideas much appreciated.
