Yesterday, my Hikvision DS-2DE1A404IW-DE3 just decided to change its presets in the middle of the day. and I can't figure out what to do to fix it. First let me say that I have been running this system with Blue Iris since 2019 I believe and don't change any settings unless something goes hay wire. So it's been a long time since I have even accessed the camera through a web page, Today, I tried and couldn't get Live View to show me the camera output so I couldn't try to reset the presets to approximately what they were. It may not be presets, but may be something in the PTZ mechanism that broke and unfortunately I am in Virginia and the camera is in Florida so I can't lay my grubby paws on it. I am attaching before and after jpg fliles to show how it changed. I am looking for two things, the first is how I get Live View to show the camera output and secondly any thoughts you may have on what happened to the camera. Thanks.

Could be that rubber band broke, and camera POV just dropped due to gravity
