Hikvision camera ECI-T22F not following DST

I have a Hikvision NVR DS-7616Ni-Q2/16P (V3.4.108 build 191220) and all Hikvision cameras. I only have one of the ECI-T22F (firmware 5.5.2_180612) and this is the only camera that doesn't follow DST properly, it is always ahead 1 hour. Its time zone is same as others (-5 Eastern US), DST 2nd Sunday in March and system time is set to Manual synch - same as all other Hik cameras. If I do a manual synch - it corrects itself. If I reboot the camera (or NVR), this one camera goes back to 1 hour ahead. Any suggestions?

Change the time zone so the time is correct, apparently bug in the firmware.
