This happens only at night when the street lights turn on.
Analog cameras: DS-2CE12DF0T-F
DVR: DS-7208HGHI-M1
I don't know where to change from NTSC to PAL or 60hz to 50hz, i can't find this setting in my DVR.
If there´s another solution please help me!

This happens with some LED lights. You may be able to mitigate it with a shutter speed setting or you may have to live with it.

thx for replay, do you know how to change shutter speed from a hikvision dvr?

With analog cameras you might not have the option to. I am not sure about that particular camera.

But we are seeing it more frequently with all the LED lights coming online.

You will want to do this in the camera OSD.. I am not sure the camera you are using but if it has one you can normally get to it by using the PTZ menu of the DVR. If your camera is TVI and using UTC, This is also where you can change the cameras ability to be PAL and NTSC in side the OSD of the camera setup camera by camera. Your DVR should have setup for your type out of the gate and normally the cameras when added would normally be setup for the same mode however in some cameras you will need to do it again in the cameras OSD.. If you don't have UTC and the camera has a Toggle in the camera or on the Wires then you will need to gain your access to the OSD that way. But most newer camera have UTC access. Here is 3 pictures one showing OSD for a 2017 might be 2016 can't remember right now TVI camera that I am accessing the OSD on my Amcrest 8mp Ai DVR and sure my camera has Toggle in the camera but I can also access the camera over PTZ without any RS485 wires running because the camera works over UTC as well..

If you don't know how to access your camera and if it does offer OSD then bring up PTZ menu, put in 95 and press go like you are trying to go to the Preset some cameras you have to press the add button either way you might need to try both. Then some cameras you can access OSD by pressing the IRIS Open/Close that isn't how mine works because my camera has iris function that will just change the iris but for cameras without it that can open the OSD.. Then in the OSD if you don't have the OK button then you will have to try iris for my camera when in OSD it is focus buttons if I didn't use the OK button.. IF you have never been in the OSD it will take a little getting used to, then for me I have many different cameras some more features then others so I have to fumble around sometimes to get it right lol.

change out of Global setup and see if that changes, Also as I have said not all cameras offer all things.. But let me see a picture of your main OSD screen in that screen you should be able to change your camera type from 30fps to 25 for PAL.. If not I still need to see the first screen as I might be able to know more what I am dealing with.. Also if you were to log into your DVRs WebUI and access the menus that way you can take screen shots and will be a clearer picture. Just an idea..

Sorry to hear that.. This is a 5mp 20fps camera that has only 20 for 5 but offers 25 and 30 for the 4mp and 2mp settings.. Yeah some cameras are not as advanced.. Sounds like NTSC only option camera..

Yeah full feature cameras are kind of costly in Analog. This one in the picture is setup for Auto but has Shutter, Iris, Manual and Auto formats. It is from years gone and even today would cost over 300 new.. I moved it from a different DVR and put on this one to show. It isn't the camera that is named lol That is a different beast of a bullet, The one in this picture is a Mini PTZ that I have keeping an eye on my server room and can go to a preset to view my switches and UPS and other things.. That one is a pita to get to the OSD lol. Have to go to preset 95 then iris open to go to menus if you hit the close it will close the eye of if iris but open is the ok.. It has loads of options.. Also has audio over coax with added Mic.. alarm in and out.. So there are full feature Analog cameras.. But yeah I have Ip cameras and NVRs as well.
