(Hikvision) Changing image quality of attached snapshots in email (send by the NVR)

Hi,

Does anyone knows how I can change the quality of the pictures that are send in an email notification from the NVR (Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P) ?

I found out that the pictures send from the camera itself (DS-2CD2142FWD-IS) are in higher quality than when the nvr sends the Pictures but I have no idea where I can change these settings.

on the configure email alert page of Blue Iris you can change quality and scale

he is using a hikvision NVR.
