How do we view cloud p2p from a computer? Ivms4500 has no option... and also can we access nvr config from cloud connect?

I think the only way to view the cameras from a pc using hik p2p is using the website.

As far as I am aware you can't access any of the nvr config using p2p.

Oh woops, sorry, I forgot Hikvision haven't added this functionality to Hik-Connect just yet. You'll need to use EZVIZ for now (they're the same service, Hikvision are just rebranding it at the moment to Hik-Connect) via their website below.
EZVIZ - Security Camera Kits, Wi-Fi Cameras, and Action Cams
Make sure you're using Internet Explorer and NOT Microsoft Edge - different browsers, IE still works.

You can also use iVMS 4200 desktop software and add your Cloud P2P account to that

Open iVMS 4200 >> Device Management >> Server tab (top left) >> Hik Cloud P2P Device >> Login

Give it a try with Firefox, that should also work.
