Hikvision cube camera DS-2CD2432F-IW 2 way audio dont work on 3G/4G Network

My Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW-2.8 cube 3 megapixel camera, microphone and IR 2-way audio does not work well, he does the following
through my recorder, I get sound but if I want to talk via the app I get errror
as I approached directly through the app works the 2 way audio or within my wifi network but not through 3G all gates are open!
if I did not approach the camera via ezviz operates the 2 way audio or within my Wi-Fi network again via the 3G / 4G network.
Who here has the same problems and a solution!

In the camera video settings, for the main and substream set it to "video and audio" not just video..

I'm not sure what app it is that you are using which is not working?

Sorry, can't help you there. I don't use either of those apps on my phone.
