Hikvision doorbell SD Card issue

So I picked up the 128gb Samsung SD card. Formatted it to fat32. Inserted it into the camera and I get 1 hour worth if recording and then nothing.

Tried to initialize the card through the app. It hangs at 95% then hits 100%, but the initialize option is still available? So is it initialized or not?

Not sure what's going wrong but this doorbell has caused nothing but trouble.

Any ideas guys?

Use H2TESTW on a computer with that memory card to test it throughly and make sure it is indeed a 128Gb memory card.

Ran the test and yes it's 128gb.

Surely it would have looped and recorded over the footage had it not been 128gb.

Did you do a full test with H2TESTW? You let it write 128Gb on the memory card, and then let it read/verify the 128Gb?

Awaiting test on doorbell, its gone back to the seller. I did test the card fully as suggested above.
