Hikvision DS-2CD2032 + netgear wndr3700 + usb stick Uninitialized

Hi.

I have Hikvision DS-2CD2032 and router Netgear WNDR3700.
I want to backup/record in to usb stick which is plug in netgear.

I create //readyshare/USB_Storage/camera
in router create network folder /camera
then log to hikvision and create NAS: 192.168.0.1 (my router) file path: /camera
SMB/CIFS admin / pass <--- all good up to this time.

in "Store Management" i see my usb stick. click to format and then i see status "Uninitialized" and space: 0,0GB

And I can't record.
What to do ?

Firmware 5.2.0 english

PS.
I read all threads on forum, but there is no clearly solusion.
please help

If the total size is more than about 200GB, those are the symptoms. The camera 5.2.0 firmware baulks at using large external storage.
There are some threads on that topic - and a solution that involves a hexedit of one of the management files the format creates - here is one:

Hello. Got totally the same situation with the same hardware , did you solve it and manage to write a video on USB stick ?
