Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-I

Hello all,

I am glad to be part of this forum, i am a newbie in need of help so excuse me for any faults.

Ok So i own a Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-I. It was working flawlessly up to today.
First of it stopped sending me emails. I am using gmail account.
Second i need to make the image capture that is emailed from 1MB to 2 MB. That is what my boss asked me to do so. (i have no idea why, i was told that he was told to do so by someone else?????)

Any help on these two??
