I ordered a 12mm DS-2CD2035FWD-I from China Wholesale Security and received a 12mm DS-2CD2335FWD-I and decided to hold onto it, but also ordered 12mm DS-2CD2035FWD-I again (this time from MagicVision - ordered 6/21 and received today). While I'm a fan of the Dahua HDW5231R-Z, or the turrett style I have a couple of Hikvision 2032 mini bullet (w/ 25mm lens) for LPR and their size / shape is ideal for where I have them and I've never had any issues with spider webs - in other words I will likely swap out the 12mm for a 25mm lens in the new 2035 and replace my 2032.

First impressions:
- Slightly larger than the 2032-I and 2032-f
- IR is now EXIR (located about 4 and 8 o'clock - see photo) - behind some sort of mesh cloth
- 2335 12mm dialed in or is focused a bit better than my 2035 12mm
- When IR enabled the cameras were picking up a reflection - upper left?

Attached Photos (legend):
- Closest license plates @ 25 ft. (approx)
- Furthest Easel with plates @ 45 ft. (approx)
- For the 18:31/18:35 snapshots DST had not been enabled - so it would be 19:31/19:35 PDT
- 1080p / Exposure: 1/25 and BLC/WDR/DNC is Off for 7:30ish / 8:40pm snapshots
- Exposure 1/12, BLC/WDR is Off but DNR is at 50% for 9:40 snapshots - other than the minimal lights from the glass globes its pretty pitch dark

Thanks for the pics and comparison. Are you going to refocus 2035 manually ? Keep us posted with the result.
