Hikvision DS-2CD2132F-IS Chinese with 5.4.0 firmware

Hi,

a friend of mine has got an Hikvision DS-2CD2132F-IS (chinese region) from ali. He has tried to update it with 5.4.0 engklish firmware. Now
(of course) its bricked. How can I troubleshoot this? Normally I would try to get chinese original firmware. but since 5.40 had no downgrade option I am confused what to do.

Did you find a Chinese 5.4.0 firmware at all? I have a camera in a boot loop that needs 5.4.0 Chinese...
