Most likely user error since I have two of these cameras and BI is recording audio for neither. I have another brand camera which does get audio recording. Oddly, my wife has been able to use the iOS BI app to speak to me through the HikVision camera (horrible quality audio though), but she can't hear me respond.
Not sure how to set things up in BI to make this work.
Under the Audio tab in BI, I have "Enable Audio Channel" checked and the source is "IP Camera Stream".
In the IP Camera Configuration, the Audio path is blank, format is "64 kbps G.711 u-law". "Setup RTSP back-channel for talk support (PCM-U format)" is also checked.
Any ideas?
