hikvision DS-2CD3345 problems

hey
my ip-cam has changed its password to standard and now I can not log in. it is not 12345, the ip address is the same it is not changed. It's a Chinese version. Is there anyone who can help?

The camera may have been hacked - this is very common if there is external access and it has older firmware.
If the firmware is older than 5.4.41, use the updated version of the password reset tool here : Hikvision camera admin password reset tool
