After installing the Windows 10 software, ivms-4200, I am experiencing an odd main view image... it is not a full screen image but a group of roughly 6 images , not filling the image area but in roughly 6 one inch over laping strips... with unreadable words here and there. If I go into image settings in system configuration, the image looks normal for that camera. What would be wrong? Also can not find how to flip the image as I have the camera on a tripod pointing up.
