I was configuring VLANs on a Hikvision DS-3E1518P-SI switch and set VLAN 10 to management and IP address 10.30.50.5, but I made a mistake. I didn't set any ports as trunk ports or any access ports to VLAN 10, and all the ports are on VLAN 1, which makes it impossible for me to access them. I have no way to reset the switch to factory settings because it doesn't have a reset button. I need help. The switch was updated to Firmware_V2.0.12_231205 before it was isolated.
