hikvision DS-7108N-SN/P stops recording

I own an HIKVISON model DS-7108N-SN/P
after turn it on disk starts recording
after a while got disk error and stops recording
i have replaced the hard drive and sata cable , but problem continue

any advice ?

What type of HDD? Presumably not a 'Green' HDD that powers down with a long spin-up time.
Despite the HDD being replaced - check the counts in the SMART attributes to see if there are any that would indicate an HDD problem.
