I'm a newb to the forum although not a forum newbie if you see what I mean!
I upgraded my DVR to a Turbo Hybrid model, the DS-7316HQHI, and most things are working as I'd expect although I'm getting very odd red interference on all of the channels.
This is only on the monitor, when I download recordings they're perfect. I've stuck a few links to what I mean below.
I had thought this might be a PAL / NTSC issue but I've tried both and I still get the same problem. I also tried switching the resolution from 1080P to 1024x768 just in case but that also didn't make any difference.
One last thing: how do I tell the DVR which channels I want displayed by default? I've set up a 3x3 display but the bottom-right pane is empty despite having 8 analog cameras and 1 IP camera (all Hikvision) attached. I can view the IP camera just fine in the iVMS-4200 software.
