HIKVISION DS-7600NI-EI Not recording Audio with Manual Recording!

Hi there, Im new here.

Im having some issues trying to record a video using Manual Recording. It saves the file into my computer but when I open it it has no audio!
Live View shows the video with audio, there is no problem there. these are my specs:

The audio is from an audio mixer. Im sending my output to the LineIn input in my HIKVISION PTZ IP Cam. Like I said it shows no problem when Live Viewing, but when Manually Recording into a file in my PC, it has no audio.

Any help?

Not enough information and information provided isn't clear either.

Post some screenshots of the issue. What's the actual model number? 7600NI-EI is not the model number btw. What's the PTZ camera you are referring to? How is it all connected?

Specifics are important.
