Hikvision DS-7600NI-I2 (DS-7608NI-I2 or DS-7616NI-I2) H265/4K/12MP

I bought a 4k 64channels nvr. still waiting for the 4k tv.
 
I'm sure I will get one of these in the future, but they are double the price of the 7608NI-E2 and you only get a small benefit unless you are using 4K now.
@TechDiver, not unless you want the PoE switch for something else!

This item was spotted September of last year and it still hasn't really become readily available. Is tech slow to roll out on these or is it just not going to come to the US market?
 
I ordered one right before the Chinese new year. I got word on the shipment via DHL a couple of days ago but it is sitting in Hong Kong at the moment. Hopefully I will have it by the end of next week.
 
I am surprised that these NVRs aren't more prevalent. What are the cheapest prices you guys have found for a 7608NI-I2 that can take USA firmware updates?
 
I went backed and checked. The price I paid for my English language version of the DS-7600NI-I2. It was $345 plus $14 for shipping and a grand total of $359.
 
I was going to order the USA version but ADI was saying it wasn't out until end of the month (July). I ordered from Aliexpress from a vendor 2 weeks ago and got it in less than a week for $340 shipped by DHL. It was shipped from HK to LA.

I powered it on and works fine with my LTS 4MP turrets, this is my 2nd machine that I have. I ordered one last year and it's still working great. All menus are in english but FW is now on 3.4.2 and now has a new security screen. It's the same ones you use on Android with the pattern. You drag the mouse to the certain dots to unlock it without requiring a password.
