What is possible options to factory reset Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A ?
Admin password is unknown... no reset button...
I got couple working DS-2CD2422FWD-IW that is still connected to NVR.

Maybe there is a way to extract existing password from NVR or cameras?

What firmware version do the cameras have? Connect a PC to an unused NVR PoE port and check with SADP.
If 5.4.0 or earlier, the camera password can be extracted using a backdoor. By default it's the same as the NVR.
