Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P help please

Hi

I am trying to export a short video clip + player from my DS-7604NI-E1/4P to my usb stick.


I can export the video easily. However the player all i get is is a zip folder and when i open it the message "You can get the player on the disk"

How do i play the video please?

If it's the Hikvision VSplayer you are looking for, you can download a copy here : Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.
Otherwise, VLC media Player should work OK for you.
