Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P admin password

The first time the DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P NVR was plugged in the setup wizard began with the time zone date time etc. we were not prompted with creating an admin password as described in the instructions provided.
I've tried no password and 12345 but this has not worked.
When I try and reset the password using 'Forgot Password' in the SADP Tool I need export the XML file to send it to HIKVISION technical support team. What email address do I send this to?
If I restore the NVR back to factory settings can I set a new admin password? If so how do I do this?

have you tried: 1234567a and 123456789abc

there are a few more possible versions just search for passwords here
 
Ask your seller. It's been setup previously. If it's amazon then return it as it's used but sold as new.

Also, don't spam the forum with copy and pasted posts in different threads.

Thanks the seller wasn't much help :-( tried to blame it on us not following the instructions but we were not prompted with the screen to create a password when it was powered on. I've emailed support@hikvision.com
