before upgrading with firmware version v3.0.2 Build 131112 was ok;
how can I do?

Put the firmware back to the earlier version that did not implement the camera language checks - or (probably a bit harder) change the camera language region.

I tried to do the downgrade with TFTP and USB but it does not work,
I have tried the TFTP thing but all I ever get is Open file[c:\TFTP\econt_Vision-AV2000] failure]
how can I try RS232?
there is a guide?

I have tried the TFTP thing
Can you summarise the steps? Maybe some requirement is being missed.
Apologies if you've already covered all of these:
In Windows firewall | Advanced settings | Inbound Rules delete all the rules linked to the tftpserve.exe program.
Use the Hikvision-specific tftp server from here: http://www.hikvision.com/europe/download_more.asp?id=1336
Wire both the NVR and the PC to your switch or router, ensure WiFi is off on the PC.
Ensure that the required digicap.mav file from http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/index.php?dir=Product Firmware/Recorder/DS-76&77&86&85&96-ST -SP -XT-RT/ is in the same Windows folder as the tftpserve.exe program.
Set the PC IP address to 192.0.0.128
Power off the NVR
Start the tftpserv.exe program.
In the Windows firewall pop-up, ensure both Public and Private are both ticked, and click 'Allow'.
Check the tftp program status window shows '192.0.0.128 initiallised'
Power on the NVR
Observe the tftp server status window.

Good luck.

That not an error of any concern - just something the NVRs do in normal operation for a bit after bootup.

Definitely using this: "digicap.mav"?
And did you confirm all the other requirements were followed?
