Hikvision DS-8632N-I8 China Model

I've come by a DS-8632N-I8 which is a China only model and therefore all menus are in Chinese. I've tried looking for similar firmware in US/International/Europe Hikvision sites but even using the Hiktools to change the language to Chinese does not allow the firmware to progress, it just says error. I've also looked on the China Hikvision website to see if there any firmware for the model but I can't seem to find any at all!

Any help or guidance would be awesome

So using the batch configuration tool I'm able to setup the NVR and cameras. However, I still can't use iVMS4200 as I'm getting language mismatch, I can't find the original/updated firmware anywhere so I can't change the language flag in the firmware to English so I'm able to use it in iVMS, any idea where to find the firmware for this particular model?

If you're referring to Hiktools - it doesn't change the region of the NVR or camera, just the language in the firmware header.

I had a look on the Hikvision CN site and could see no references to an 8632N-I8
Does the device have a 2-character suffix in the model number?
The closest I could find for anything with 8632N was here, but these are mostly listed for 86xxN-Ex-ST models/:

The 3.4.0 is listed for
76/77/86 E series:
