Hikvision DS-KH6350-TE1 indoor unit issues

Hi, I have DS-KH6350-TE1(fw V2.2.20 build 230601) with DS-KV8113-WME1 door unit installed within same LAN, on the same PoE switch, fixed IP addresses.
Tested, paired, linked to HikConnect cloud, all good. Almost every day I need to reset DS-KH6350-TE indoor unit since it looses intercom functionalities. When this occurs, it is not possible to place a call from door unit, "call failed" message is played and no notification is shown on indoor unit.
HikConnect shows DS-KH6350-TE1 offline. But it is possible to ping DS-KH6350-TE1 IP address from LAN and you can see video from door unit just fine. After reset everything is back to normal. Looks like software/firmware issue since Ethernet is functional all the time...
Has anyone had similar issue (I could say yes according to google search results)? What can be done in order to have this functional? Any idea is highly appreciated.
