Hikvision DS-KV8113-WME1(C) connection to 12V ac electric lock

Hi,
I want to buy a DS-KV8113-WME1(C) doorbell and I should connect to my AC 12V electric lock but I found only the attached schema that refers to DC 12V electric lock.

1. do someone know if it's possible to substitute the DC 12V adapter with a AC 12V one?
2. In the attached schema it's possible to put the open button between COM1 and NO1?
