Hikvision DS7208 - multi Channel view

I’ve had a hikvision ds7208 with 5 cameras installed. The DVR is set to multi camera view showing all my cameras at once makes it easier for my parents to see who’s at the door when I’m not around.

Recently it has started to switch to single camera view on one specific camera.

I’ve checked motion detection and cleared everything. Checked firmware all up to date rebooted still changes to single camera view also checked dwell time.

Any suggestions??

Check under all Events and Smart Events that Linkage Method | Full Screen Monitoring isn't ticked.

All good found it in the motion menu under trigger settings - linkage action

And yes you were correct the full screen monitoring was ticked for that single camera

Darn despite everything unticked it switched to single camera view again to one specific camera any other suggestions?

@alastairstevenson hate to be a pain but it started doing it again switching to single view. I’ve checked that all live view triggers are not ticked. Any other ideas?

Linkage actions for all normal and smart events? Presumably it could be any of these.
Maybe worth checking if there are any useful hints in the nvr logs.
