Hikvision ds7616ni-sp after fw upgrade... is now 8ch POE NVR, not 16CH....

Hi,

I had to upgrade the firmware for this old NVR, for password reset.. (admin password lost...)

i used this firmware:

using tftp, and serial port... after booting, the NVR is fine, it works, but only 8ch is available...

Why? What can i do?

I know, it's old, but working, and it's a POE NVR.... I replaced all the capacitors, it has to work for some years from now.. But i need 16CH...
