Hikvision english firmware?

Hi,

I bought a Hikvision DS-2CD2132F-IS Dome from Ebay that came with English firmware V.5.2.5 (also written on the sticker) on it but stupidly I found new firmware for it V.5.3.0 and updated it which sent it into a boot loop!

So I managed to downgrade it back to 5.2.5 i found on this forum but now I only have Chinese language.

Does anyone know where I can find version 5.2.5 that has English?

Welcome to the forum Check out the hikvision section on the forum...there are many threads on this issue...you purchased a Chinese region camera..
