Hikvision EZVIZ w/ BlueIris?

Hey all, I was sent two Hikvisions. Specifically - hikvision ds-2cd2120f-i

I have never used or even heard of EZVIZ. I thought it was just going to be plugging them into my switch/finding the IP and adding them to BI. That doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone know anything about these cameras or how I can make them work with BI.

You can download ezviz studio to use ezviz camera, ezviz is a smart home camera, the price is much cheaper

I tried to pull the Camara up on there but the authentication didn't work. Is it possible a previous owner changed the verification code that's on the back of the camera?
