Hikvision help needed

Hi everyone

I have a simple 4 camera setup where my cameras are wired directly into the Hikvision NVR

What I have is:-

NVR - Hikvision DS7604 (4 port POE recorder)
Cam 1 - DS-2CD2532F low profile dome
Cam 2 - DS-2CD2532F low profile dome
Cam 3 - DS-2CD2532F low profile dome
Cam 4 - DS-2CD2332-1 large dome

I have purchased on line a replacement camera DS-2CD3345 4MP H.265 to replace camera 4 for better resolution purposes.

When I plug the camera into Cam 4 Ethernet cable my NVR will NOT show the camera no matter what I do.
I read that I should use SADP to verify the new camera but the software only picks up my NVR on my home network as my cameras are wired directly into the NVR.

When I installed the system last year it was plug and play.

Can anyone advise on how I can activate the new camera.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

@vacman Check to see if your nvr supports h.265..if not you will have to login to the camera and make the change...
Also note there is not much of a resolution advantage to 4mp over 3mp
