HIKVISION iDS-7216HQHI-M1/S accusense DVR

Hi guys,

Did anybody worked with Hikvision Accusense analog DVR iDS-7216HQHI-M1/S? I'm having a lot of problems( like self restarting, lost of analog channels...).

Did anybody maybe get in touch with this DVR?
