Hikvision "Invalid" Clips

Good Morning Everyone.

We had a Hikvision model DS-2CD2642FWD-iZS recording with a SD card, when the card was pulled from the camera the clips were visible in the file explorer; however, when imported into the VSPlayer they come up as "invalid".

I am unable to play them using VLC player either. If I double click on them, it launches VLC, however no video plays.

Can anyone give me any insight into how I can retrieve these clips? I'm not sure what the settings of the camera was, as am new to the system.

Check the video codec settings in the camera web GUI if you still can.
h.264, h.265 etc ?
Is there a small clip you can post for inspection?
