Good Morning Everyone.
We had a Hikvision model DS-2CD2642FWD-iZS recording with a SD card, when the card was pulled from the camera the clips were visible in the file explorer; however, when imported into the VSPlayer they come up as "invalid".
I am unable to play them using VLC player either. If I double click on them, it launches VLC, however no video plays.
Can anyone give me any insight into how I can retrieve these clips? I'm not sure what the settings of the camera was, as am new to the system.
