Hikvision ip cam Audio issue

Hello everyone ,
I've recently bought a hikvision cube cam with built in mic. (Ds-2cd2442 fwd iw )

My firmware version is 5.5.0

I'm not able to hear any audio on live view as well as in in recorded video. ( In web interface and ivms)
Though I'm able to hear it when i start 2 way audio.

I've increased the audio input volume to 100 on web config.,
The format is 711.ulaw.

Kindly help me in getting audio.

Vlc plays the recorded video file without any audio.

You need to enable audio and video on main stream and sub stream,
Also tick record audio.
