Hikvision ip can ports?

igave 4 x 2cd2332 cameras connected to a Poe switch then a hybrid dvr.
Everything appears to work fine but just tried using the hik connect app and i can add all the camera but only one is viewable. I can view them all on ivms-4200 app.
They have all different ip addresses but have all the same http, rtsp, https and server ports.
Do these all need to be different ?

Make sure you're using Register Mode: "IP/Domain" when you add the NVR.

It a hybrid dvr 7616 but hik arnt supporting it anymore so was told I have to add the ip cameras to hik online separately.

I'm not savvy on NVRs enough to help you then. Have you tried adding the NVR to the mobile app just to see if it works?

yes tried that, it works fine on isms-4500 but his-connect says its not online.

I think that service is being discontinued? (www.hik-online.com) is determined to discontinue

Nvr must be connected to Internet and you have to enable ezvid under platform access tab for unit to be online for hik-connect.
