I got ds-kh8301-wt touchscreen indoor station and door station ds-kv8202-im connected with hikvision 6port poe switch. I can't set it up with ivms 4500 ,it keep saying modify fail and devices offline. I can see both gadget but yet it won't install. I have a router with dhcp..please how do I set it up , since the software requires me to configure tith static ip
